Coffee with my son, then rain

Coffee with my son, then rain

Today, while having coffee alone with my son, a heavy rain suddenly hit.

We were laughing and running to avoid the falling drops—trying not to get soaked.

At some point, I stopped and took out my phone. I recorded the moment: rain falling, slowly, gently, then hitting the pavement with force, splashing in all directions.

Watching the raindrops hit the ground made me realize—

In both life and business, there will always be moments like this.

  • Moments that remind you to just be where you are.

In business, we often get pulled into endless meetings, plans, execution cycles.

But we rarely stop to breathe, to reflect, or to simply sit with our thoughts.

That’s why I’ve made it a personal tradition:

Find a corner in a noisy coffee shop and write.

And that’s exactly what I’m doing right now.

For entrepreneurs, these quiet pauses are not wasted time.

They are often the most impactful moments.

Because when your mind finally slows down, you begin to see clearly.

Sometimes, you just remember what truly matters.

So, a reminder for today.

Don’t let yourself get swept along too fast.

Schedule time to slow down, think, and reflect.

And who knows, you might find a great idea.
