8km, and a Sunday

In short. Time can not be bought back. The unfortunate is people do not know how much time they were given to live on earth. Be mindful of the time well spent with thing you love, thing you treasure, and always protecting that time. It's the most valuable asset.
1. The weekend
Last weekend I ran 8km with a close friend.
On Sunday I spent the whole day with my wife and my kids.
2. What I realised
Time is our most valuable currency, not money.
I think we had to know the different if a thing worth invest time in.
The most valuable asset that people forget is time.
Time can not be bought back.
It's given to us the moment we are born in life and unfortunately it's different from people to people.
Some can live to 80's, some can't live past 10's.
Due to different circumstances, but the shorter you have the more value it becomes.
The unfortunate is people do not know how much time they were given to live on earth.
This is sad if we spend time on those activities which we later regret not to put the same time on other activities.
3. What I would ask you
So something to reflect back, what activities that you had spent your time last weekends, does it serve you long term, does it benefit to you or it's really doing what you did not like and harming you and your family.
It's a good reflection that we need to ask ourself everyday.
To me, every single moment is precious and I want to spend it with those I loved.
Those are treasure my time with, those I want to build memories with.
The fact is, you tend to remember the time memories that you invest with others rather than your own time.
Scrolling internet is wasteful and harmful.
I wrote this for myself, and for the people who see it the same way.
So my lesson to you my reader today is be mindful of the time well spent with thing you love, thing you treasure and always protecting that time.
It's the most valuable asset.
What did last weekend give you?
